Installation Guide

1. Turn on your WI-FI - To sync data to your phone you will need a stable internet connection. We would suggest using Wi-Fi to make installation as fast as possible.

2. Allow installation of non-market applications - Since the app is not available on the Play Store you will need to allow installation in your phone's settings, as seen in these screenshots.

3. Download the app - Tap the below link to download the latest version of the Synergy app.

4. Tap on the downloaded app in your notifications bar -This will begin the installation process. You may have to choose between two package installers; "Android Package Installer" or "Google verify and Install". If this is the case, tap on "Android Package Installer" and then "Just Once". When installation is complete tap the "Open" button.

5. Login with the details provided by Stellasoft - Once you have entered your details tap the "Sign In" button to continue the process.

6. Make a cup of Tea - The app will now download current data into your phone so you'll always have the latest information from the practice. This process will take 10-15 minutes. Once this progress bar is gone, installation is complete and you are able to use the app.
